Antonio Lee Tan

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Antonio L. Tan has lead CCSUI in establishing the standards for Building Façade Excellence with his strong expertise in Construction, Aluminum Composite Panels, window system technologies, and advanced curtain wall fabricating systems. As Chairman and CEO, he is personally responsible for executing the company’s diverse construction and Façade infrastructure projects. Mr. Tan's experience in the industry spans over 20 years. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Santo Tomas. Mr. Tan is currently the President and Managing Director of Multiple Options Incorporated and Alucobond Philippines Inc.

Miguel V. Tan

Director and COO

Mr. Miguel V. Tan has been directing CCSUI for the past 5 years, from a start-up glass installation firm to a growing curtain wall facade conglomerate. He has provided active leadership in all aspects of the business as COO. Mr. Miguel V. Tan holds a Majors degree in Management from the University Of Asia And The Pacific. He is a member in several Private corporations and Investments, he also serves as the Chairman and CEO of MVT Group Of Companies, and the founding partner of Anytime Fitness Wilson.

Yuan Malinawan

General Manager for Sales

Ms. Yuan Malinawan has headed CCSUI in creating the backbone of the company’s main operations, with her strong expertise in management and procurement. As General Manager for Sales, she personally supervises the company’s diverse Façade projects, from the initial mobilization, procurement, and final punch listings. Ms. Malinawan received her Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from the University Of The Philippines Diliman. Ms. Malinawan has been part of the management since the early 2017.

Yuan Malinawan

General Manager for Sales

Ms. Yuan Malinawan has headed Fasclad in creating the backbone of the company’s main operations, with her strong expertise in management and procurement. Mr. Severino Oliva attained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College Of San Agustin. He is the owner of Impact Magazine Corporation and a member of several private organiations. Mr. Oliva is a member and Director of the Fasclad Board since 2014.
