Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- To verify the Curtain Wall fixing details with structural layout / details
- Carry out Curtainwall detail for structural/engineering calculations
- Carrying out design engineering for façade, steel and RC structures.
- Provide detailed engineering computations and analysis as required for report submissions.
- Provide design sketches and reports are required for schematic, design development and constructions phases of projects.
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Atleast 2 years Façade specific Technical experience with consultant OR contractor background
- Must have a strong technical background and experience in of various façade systems
- This position requires strong technical abilities in building façade and construction
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, both written and spoken will be an advantage

Qualifications:

- Prepares 3D models of buildings and installation details as per clients requirement.
- Evaluates feasibility of design ideas, based on factors such as appearance, safety, function, serviceability, budget, production costs/methods, and market characteristics.
- Prepares, modifies, & refines conceptual/draft shop/fabrication drawings for aluminum stick system & curtain walling, spiders, doors, details, structural glazing etc.
- Coordinates with factory engineer and other engineering department staff to verify form, fit and function.
- Presents designs and reports to customers or design committees for approval, and discuss need for modification.
- Prepares and delivers final technical proposals to Management and customers.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Engineer
- At least 2 years working experience in ALUMINUM CLADDING and CURTAIN WALL INDUSTRY.
- Must possess strong leadership, planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Assist the Project site in the management of the over-all inter-phasing of structural works.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project
- On schedule, within the budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original and specifications. - Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
